Custom Golf Cart Built in Under 7 Days and Delivered to Arizona
It started with a simple message and a hard deadline.
A client from Scottsdale, Arizona wanted a custom golf cart, and he wanted it before Halloween. The calendar gave us less than seven days. The cart also had to make the trip from California to Arizona.
Most shops would have said “maybe next month.” We said, “Let’s do it.”
The Vision
He knew exactly what he wanted. This was not going to be a standard cart that blends in at the clubhouse. He wanted a cart people notice from half a block away, one that looks as good at sunset as it does under the stars.
Built Piece by Piece
Custom seats. We started where every ride starts: the seats. They are the first thing you see and the first thing you feel, so we made custom golf cart seats that set the tone for everything else.
Black 15-inch wheels. Next came black 15″ wheels. A cart with the right wheels looks planted, sharp and ready to roll.
A light bar. Once the sun goes down, a golf cart light bar changes the whole personality of the build. It looks bold, and it helps you see and be seen.
A tinted windshield. The tint adds that sleek, finished look that makes the cart feel like a custom build and not an accessory pile.
LED whips. And for the finishing touch, LED whips. On Halloween night, in a neighborhood full of costumes and candy, this cart was going to glow.
The Road to Arizona
Building it was only half the story. The finished cart still had to get from California to Arizona before the holiday.
We handled the build and the delivery. Parts, installation and transport all had to line up, and they did. The cart arrived on time, and our client had his Halloween ride.
